Return to March 26 College Baseball Recruiting - Promotion

You want to play college baseball? If the answer is yes, we can help you.

Getting the attention of college coaches can be difficult for most aspiring players. So many players, so few colleges... Fortunately for you, we are here to assist. We've helped hundreds of players get identified, recruited and signed with colleges up and down the East Coast.

In order to get recruited, colleges need to see you. Players don't sign college baseball scholarships solely based on a recommendation. After talking with numerous college baseball coaches about this, they'd all like to see current video of our players on our Dirtbags social media so they can see you first hand and see if you are the next player they will begin recruiting.

Here's the plan... We will begin with "Position Players" only in January 2023 to allow pitchers time to get their arms in shape. We'll bring current Dirtbags players in to our facility and work in small groups (2-4 players) and video each player taking swings (and some defense) and post these videos on our Dirtbags social media that are followed by hundreds of college coaches and professional scouts. We will tag each player and provide important information like: Name, Graduation Year, School, etc. in each post. We will also contact colleges to let them know of the new videos we post each session so they can check them out quickly.

Former Dirtbags "Captain" Cory Wood, who was a standout at Coastal Carolina University and minor league prospect in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization will be on-hand Sundays at our Dirtbags Baseball Training Center in Burlington, NC to lead this process.

Each session will last approximately 45 minutes. Players will get a chance to take plenty of swings to get a good workout. The goal is to take some good video of each player for social media so college coaches can get their eyes on you before the season starts. These videos could be the vehicle that sparks your recruiting.
